The maceration of the Riesling is fresh and precise, like a bewitching infusion of grapes, and elegantly swings between green tea, pine sap and grapefruit. Magical!

The Élixir cuvées were born of Serge’s desire to experiment and discover, giving free rein to his imagination as a seasoned but ever curious winemaker. The result is unique and limited micro-cuvées, like precise moments in time, that will only exist once!
