To our knowledge, the first orange wine from Lavaux, Arlequino is a 100% Chasselas maceration wine, aged on its lees. Zero inputs, zero added sulphites, for an assured change of scenery! It’s salty, mineral, with an aromatic palette between peach and citrus fruits. It is far from the traditional Chasselas of the area. Moreover, Fabien told us that we would be well advised to keep some bottles in the cellar for a few years…
