Au Couchant

A big favourite. Fine and tasty, “Au Couchant” is the perfect counterpoint to its counterpart “Au Levant”. Here, the wine is more complex and deeper, thanks in particular to the presence of older Gamays and the slight patina of the 18 months of ageing in barrels, while retaining the freshness of the fruit, which gives the whole a very nice balance!
