“Eau de Fête” is a piquette of Gamay, Pinot Noir, Syrah and Petite Arvine from the Valais region.

Before it had a negative connotation, piquette was originally a drink obtained by recycling already pressed grapes with water and a little sugar. The result is a low-alcohol and very refreshing juice, ideal for summer festivities!
