Aligoté

The best of both worlds: an Aligoté from Burgundy with bite and reassurance, to be put without risk in all hands, but with just enough tension and freshness to delight us. The balance is prodigious, thanks in particular to a short passage in the barrel, which calms the salty and lemony ardour of the grape variety just as it should. Long live the consensus !
