Au Couchant

Fine and greedy, “Au Couchant” is the perfect counterpoint to its counterpart “Au Levant”. Here, the wine is more complex and deep, thanks in particular to the presence of gamays from older vines and the slight patina of the barrel ageing, while retaining the freshness of the fruit, which gives the whole a very nice balance !
