Johannisberg is the name given to the sylvaner grape variety in Valais, which is macerated here for 13 days. An infusion of grapes that has given the juice great depth and complexity: charming aromas of green tea, honey and flowers, beautiful bitters of citrus zest and an elegant tannic structure that prepares this cuvée for a radiant future – and it’s already delicious !
