Marion Granges talks about this wine as a return to the traditional vinification of fendant in Valais, which gives meaning to the name “Cuvée Antique”, something like “Ancient wine”! The grapes are macerated in whole bunches for 8 days, in the manner of a red wine. The result is a real infusion of grapes, developing a fine tannic structure, with beautiful bitters.
