Jean-Philippe has started a range of wine for the trade in order to produce cuvées of pure pleasure at a low price. For the white, we start with a 100% maccabeu, as crystalline as Catalan rock water. It’s lively, fresh and expressive, so it’s just about everything you’d expect from a summery white. Beware, one bottle might not be enough…
